Sometimes, life forces you to sit down so you can finally figure out how to stand up.

Recently, a medical issue sidelined me from my regular work. Suddenly, I had a lot of unexpected downtime to watch the news, look at the data, and witness the sheer chaos unfolding in our politics. After spending way too much time shouting at the TV, I realized that just being angry wasn't enough. I needed to do something.

I couldn't be out marching every day, so I decided to bring the protest to the pavement. I started designing educational, truth-telling shirts that could be worn every single day to help people see a different viewpoint.

The designs you'll find here are a little bit of the dictionary mixed with a lot of meme. Some of them call out the specific, daily absurdities of the current administration. Others are just basic reminders of human decency and reality—the kind of things most of us actually agree on when we tune out the noise.

At the end of the day, this project has one simple purpose: to stand up for our democracy and protect the things we hold dear. I love this country, but I want a country that works for everyone, not just a select few.
